Full Time Finance Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in FIRST PLUS ASSET MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a hands-on and dependable Finance Executive to join the finance team of a Singapore-based fund management group. This is an individual contributor role responsible for the day-to-day finance operations of our Singapore entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable, including invoice processing, staff claims and payment preparation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and handle salary and CPF payments.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and perform day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero.
• Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Support month-end closing, including routine journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations and other closing schedules.
• Maintain fixed asset and prepayment schedules and reconcile them to the general ledger.
• Prepare GST workings and supporting schedules for quarterly GST filings.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documents for audit, tax and statutory matters.
• Maintain proper finance documentation and records.
• Support other finance-related matters and process improvements as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• 2 - 4 years of relevant accounting or finance operations experience
• Hands-on experience in payment processing and bank reconciliations
• Familiar with Singapore payroll, CPF and GST requirements
• Comfortable with bookkeeping, routine journal entries and month-end accounting
• Good working knowledge of Excel; Xero experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, ownership and ability to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and follow through on assigned matters
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial, payroll and employee information
• Comfortable working in a lean and hands-on finance environment

Experience in financial services, asset management or fund management would be an advantage.
