Job Summary

Perform technical servicing, installation, and maintenance of beverage machines while supporting sales activities through demos and workshops to ensure optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, repair, and install a range of beverage machines to maintain operational efficiency
• Perform periodic on-site inspection and calibration of machines to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Assist with in-house machine reconditioning and delivery to maintain product quality
• Conduct preventative maintenance and servicing of coffee machines both on-site and off-site to reduce downtime
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster a positive and supportive team environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 driving license to operate company vehicles
• Maintain physical fitness to perform manual tasks related to machine servicing and installation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the coffee industry to enhance technical knowledge and customer interaction
• Possession of a motorcycle license to support flexible transportation needs
