We’re Hiring! Join Our Customer Service Team

We are looking for 1-year experienced Customer Service professionals (any industry) to join our dynamic team!

Position Details:

Contract: 6 months (convertible to permanent/renewable)

Salary Range :

Diploma / SPM / STPM: RM 3,000 + allowances

Degree: RM 3,300 + allowances

Completion bonus: RM 1,500

OT & Public Holiday pay included

Working Hours: 9 hours/day (rotation shift; earliest start 8am, latest 2pm)

Leave Entitlement: 8 days off per month

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 1 year customer service experience

Skills:

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving & conflict resolution

- Empathy & patience when handling customer inquiries

- Ability to multitask & work in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

- Positive attitude and team collaboration
