1. Operation (Maintenance)

1.1 Provide technical services to the maintenance and troubleshooting of the System

1.2 Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis of systems breakdowns with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times

1.3 Maintain records of all breakdowns and repairs allowing for analysis and compliance with ISO standards (Not sure you got ISO Cert or not)

1.4 Must be available to attend for any project implementation, assist PM accordingly for successful completion of projects and maintenance issues

1.5 Handle customer’s inquiry, request and complaints in a professional manner and efficient way

1.6 Proactive in problem solving and initiate in providing IT solutions to improve the operation

1.7 Assist in root cause analysis identified by team members together with Superior

1.8 Assist in project related activities that includes deployment, installation, and testing

2. Project Implementation

2.1 Collaborate with vendors to implement project enhancements

2.2 Develop and maintain implementation and enhancement project plans

2.3 Manage project with specific focus on deliverables, tasks, and due dates

2.4 Perform independently with minimal supervision and work with others developing trusting relationships

2.5 Ensure successful implementations across multiple functions in organization

2.6 Report any delays and initiate plans and alternative solutions

3. Standby Duties

3.1 Answer all service request phone calls during scheduled standby duties

3.2 Attend to the fault call issues and follow SOP in attending to all the calls

3.3 Handover the tasks to the respective engineers who is on duty the next day

3.4 Support project adhoc activities (e.g. testing, deployment, commissioning)

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, IT Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronic or other related fields
• Familiar with IT desktop support
• Able to work on stand-by schedule
• Fast Learner and can work under pressure
• Resourceful, team player and able to work independently

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
