Full Time TECHNICIAN (CONTRACT) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in KULITKRAF SDN BERHAD Selangor - Maukerja

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Responsible to carry out repair and maintenance of plant facility, machinery/mechanical/electrical equipment.

2. To perform all job order and scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) activities for all machinery in plant effectively and in timely manner.

3. To conduct routine inspection & troubleshooting/ repairing activity during machine downtime, major PM and capacity expansion.

4. Work closely with production department and provide first level of response to production personnel to support production activity.

5. Record & update the machine PM scheduled/ record/database, machine downtime and spare part inventory to prevent frequent machine downtime.

6. Responsible to reporting to superior (ME) on machine breakdown and record in downtime logbook and daily report.

7. Monitor and supervise work performed by external contractor is done properly and with high standard.

8. Ensure safe and environmentally working conditions and procedures and respect to DOE and HSE regulations.

9. Take action and contribution in supporting company ISO 9001 Quality Assurance System.

10. To perform any other duties as instructed.

QUALIFICATION

1. Certificate or Diploma in engineering/electrical/mechanical or equivalent.

2. 1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity. Fresh graduate also is encouraged to apply.

3. Experience in repair / servicing electrical appliances, motors and power distribution.

4. Able to service AC motor.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
