Job Description

Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Program & Administrative Support

1.1. Lead or assist in managing designated fund programs (details to be shared separately).

1.2. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Foundation programs, events, and fundraising campaigns.

1.3. Provide operational and administrative assistance for all core funds:

· Budimas Food Charity Fund (BFCF)

· Budimas Education Charity Fund (BECF)

· Budimas Medical Charity Fund (BMCF)

· Budimas Home Charity Fund (BHCF)

1.4. Handle program-related documentation, reporting, and record-keeping as and when necessary.

1.5. Assist with logistics, registration, and general setup during activities.

1.6. Monitor timelines and follow up to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.

1.7. Draft proposals, letters, and communication materials for stakeholders and partners.

2. Logistics & Procurement

2.1. Assist in arranging logistics and deliveries for programs and events.

2.2. Assist in managing inventory, stock records, and basic procurement processes.

2.3. Assist in coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

3. Customer Service Support

3.1. Assist in handling inquiries from donors, beneficiaries, and the public.

3.2. Provide accurate information regarding the Foundation’s programs and activities.

3.3. Assist in maintaining and updating donor and beneficiary records.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Diploma/Degree in any business-related field.
  • 2 years or more relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA's):

  • Understanding of non-profit operations, social welfare practices, and government regulations for charitable organizations.
  • Familiarity with customer service, donor engagement, and basic finance.
  • Awareness of child protection and safeguarding policies (training available if needed).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of underprivileged children.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Independent & Team Player – Able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Adaptability – Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism – Handling sensitive information responsibly.
  • Mobility & Commitment – Willing to travel and passionate about social impact

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
