2. Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's presence and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate potential business ventures and develop business cases.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and industry dynamics to formulate effective strategies and recommendations.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives.
3. Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, distributors, healthcare professionals, and regulatory authorities.
- Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to network and represent the company's interests.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners and clients.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, both internally and externally, to achieve business objectives.
3. Sales and Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and promotional materials for new products and services.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Assist in developing pricing strategies and contribute to the preparation of proposals and bids.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, evaluate the success of initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the pharmaceutical industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, including trends, competitors, and regulatory environment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse market data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
