Full Time HR Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in Axinite Advisory Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to drive our recruitment efforts and support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
• Schedule and liaise with hiring managers for interview arrangements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential candidates
• Prepare employment-related documentation (offer letters, contracts, etc.)
• Support HR initiatives, events, and internal communications.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles concurrently.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
