Technician – Beer Equipment

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Beer Equipment Technician to support the installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of beer dispensing systems and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, service, and repair beer dispensing systems, chillers, taps, coolers, and related equipment.
• Attend service calls at customer outlets and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.
• Carry out regular preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Support the setup and dismantling of beer equipment for events, outlets, and promotions.
• Maintain service records, spare parts usage, and equipment movement.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams on installations and service requirements.
• Provide basic guidance to customers on the correct use and care of equipment.
• Perform other technical and operational duties when required.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or working experience in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, air-conditioning, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience servicing beverage, beer, refrigeration, or commercial kitchen equipment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, pumps, cooling systems, and troubleshooting.
• Able to work independently and travel to customer locations.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Responsible, organised, and able to respond to urgent service requests.
• Willing to work outside normal hours occasionally for events or emergency servicing.
