A plastic packaging manufacturer is looking for a Quality Executive to join their team!

My client is a local plastic manufacturer that provides innovative packaging solutions to various industries. With the rapid business growth, they are looking for a Quality Executive for their manufacturing plant in Klang, Selangor. The Quality Executive is responsible for leading the quality assurance effort in testing and evaluation of the precision and accuracy of plastic products in order to meet product specifications, quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.



Your new role

• Ensure inspection & testing is carried out during incoming and outgoing, and coordinate with production to minimise product non-conformances.
  
• Assure manufacturing problems are quickly identified, documented and actions are taken to repair, monitor and prevent reoccurrence.
  
• Monitoring and ensure proper training of QA personnel to upgrade their knowledge.
  
• Assist in implementing and maintaining an effective QA/QC programme, e.g. QA sampling system to ensure full compliance with ISO requirements.
  
• Work with the department head to ensure all ISO requirements are fully complied.
  
• Follow up on NCR / CAR / Master Sample to ensure quality services of company.
  
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance and quality control team in the plastic product manufacturing industry.
  
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), or other industry-specific quality guidelines.
  
• Knowledge and experience in conducting internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
