Construction & Site Delivery

  • Coordinate site activities to ensure works are carried out safely and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor construction progress, workmanship, material quality and subcontractor performance.
  • Coordinate site logistics, inspections, testing, commissioning and authority requirements.
  • Manage and resolving site issues by working collaboratively with the project team, consultants and contractors.
  • Support defects management, final inspections and project handover activities.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Maintain effective working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and building management throughout project delivery.
  • Participate in coordination meetings, site inspections and progress reviews, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up of action items.
  • Work collaboratively with Project Leaders and internal project teams to deliver coordinated and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or another relevant built environment discipline.

  • Ability to interpret architectural, interior design and MEP drawings, with sound knowledge of construction detailing and site coordination.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian building regulations and authority requirements, including UBBL.
