Job Details:

• Contract Duration: 6 Months

• Location: Jurong East (International Business Park)

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly payroll processing and related administration.

• Coordinate training schedules, registrations, and training records.

• Maintain employee data and HR documentation.

• Assist with general HR administrative duties and reporting.

Requirements

• Prior experience in HR administration and payroll processing .

• Experience in training administration will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with BIPO HRMS is preferred, but candidates with strong payroll experience who can quickly learn the system are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel .

• Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally.

• Familiar with Singapore payroll practices.
