Job Description

Responsibilities

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Programming Operations (Party / Event Facilitation):

  • Host and facilitate programming and private events in a fun, energetic and

professional manner.

  • Lead party activities, games and interactive experiences according to the event

program.

  • Ensure timely execution of the party itinerary and main smooth event flow.
  • Engage children and families to create a welcoming and memorable experience.
  • Ensure delivery of excellent guest experience, including management of guest

feedback on-ground and closing service lapses.

Programming Operations (Guest Experience / Operational Support):

  • Welcome party guests and provide orientation on event activities and venue

guidelines.

  • Act as the primary liaison for parents during the event.
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of

satisfaction.

  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic presence throughout the event.
  • Set up and Tear down of venues/ activity stations/ event materials.
  • Conduct pre- event checks to ensure all equipment, supplies, and consumables are

prepared.

  • Monitor activity areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
  • Assist with inventory management and replenishment as required.
  • Complete event reports and provide feedback on party operations.
  • Track attendance, consumables usage, and activity participation where required.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing guest feedback and

operational observations.


Job Requirements:

  • Friendly, outgoing and confident in engaging with children and families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,.
  • Comfortable speaking to groups and facilitating activities.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts on weekends and public holidays.
  • Prior experience in hosting children’s parties, camps, workshops or educational programs is a plus.
