Job Description:

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Management Associate . This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across key business functions and develop the skills required for a successful career in hospitality management.

Key responsibilities:

• Rotate through various departments, including Operations, Hotel Technology, and Sales & Marketing, to gain a holistic understanding of hotel operations and cross-functional collaboration.

• Shadow and work alongside experienced managers and team members to gain practical, hands-on experience.

• Participate in and contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing guest experiences and operational excellence.

• Work closely with assigned mentors to develop leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision making skills.

• Gain a strong foundation in hotel operations, business management, and customer service to prepare for future leadership opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to present ideas in a systematic and logical manner.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
