The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily salon shops operations, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and proper stock management. The role includes supervising staff, maintaining store standards, and supporting business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the salon shops, including sales, cashiering, and stock handling
• Lead and manage staff, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the inventory team
• Ensure proper display, pricing, and labeling of services
• Oversee cashier operations and ensure accuracy in billing and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the store
• Assist in receiving deliveries and verifying stock accuracy
• Conduct routine checks on expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO)
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Prepare basic reports on sales, stock, and staff performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Driving license would be beneficial, would need to supply stocks to different locations.
