Full Time Bim Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in LUM CHANG INTERIOR PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural and structural Revit models.
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings, construction details, and BIM documentation.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models using Revit and Navisworks.
• Conduct clash detection, prepare clash reports, and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, compliance, and buildability.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Update models and drawings based on approved changes and actual site conditions.
• Manage model submissions and ensure deliverables meet the project schedule.
• Maintain proper file naming, model versions, and documentation in the Common Data Environment.
• Support quantity take-off, Revit family creation, and drawing production when required.
• Attend BIM coordination, ICE, technical, and site meetings.
• Conduct site inspections to verify actual conditions against coordinated models.
• Follow the BIM Execution Plan, company BIM standards, and project requirements.
• Report coordination issues, submission status, and model progress to the BIM Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, BIM, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of BIM modelling or coordination experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks Manage.
• Experience in architectural, structural, or MEP coordination.
• Able to produce and review coordinated shop drawings.
• Good understanding of construction methods and site installation.
• Experience in clash detection and BIM issue tracking.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
