Job Description

• Investigate cases of student misconduct and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate case records using the school case tracking sheet and monitor follow-up.
• Facilitate student reflection and reconciliation sessions.
• Conduct regular check-ins with identified students and support teachersin implementing intervention plans.
• Coordinate Recess Suspension and In-School Suspension duties.
• Compile relevant reports and statistics andprovide other administrative and operational support for Student Managem

ent

Requirements

• Must be registered with Ministry of Education (REMS) as of ITQ closing date and remain registered throughout the contract period
• Academic qualification: at least Diploma
• Pleasant disposition and people-oriented
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Prior work experience with students in schools will be an added advantage
• Experience in counselling, behaviour management, case management or restorative practices will be an advantage
