Full Time Site manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in APEZ CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to join our growing Main Contractor team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring construction quality, and driving project progress. Candidates with strong execution skills and experience in A&A projects are highly preferred.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of site management experience with a Main Contractor in Singapore.
• Strong experience in A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects is highly preferred.
• Candidates with proven experience in Condominium, Commercial, or Institutional building projects are also welcome.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site coordination.
• Able to manage multiple subcontractors and daily site activities efficiently.
• Familiar with construction drawings and able to identify and resolve site issues.
• Good understanding of quality control, workplace safety, and construction regulations.
• Able to coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E works.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Able to join immediately or within short notice will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all daily site construction activities.
• Plan, organize, and monitor site progress to ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E works to avoid site conflicts.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor workmanship, quality, and safety on site.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with Project Manager, Architects, Consultants, and Clients.
• Identify potential construction risks and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Prepare daily site reports and update project progress.
• Mentor and supervise site supervisors and foremen to improve productivity and work quality.

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience)
