Responsibilities
Position: Facilities Technologist / Facilities Technician
Location: North Region
Working Hours: 5 Days, Office Hours
Employment Type: Permanent
Job Responsibilities
• Support either UPW & Wastewater Treatment or Facilities Tool Installation, based on experience.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain facilities systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and utility issues to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for maintenance and installation activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Update maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in facilities maintenance, UPW/Wastewater Treatment, tool installation, utilities, or semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
• Able to read engineering drawings and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Team player with strong safety awareness.
