Job Summary

Lead facility and ongoing construction management operations by applying architectural and renovation expertise. Drive project delivery through client engagement, team leadership, and strategic planning to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facility and HDB renovation projects to deliver quality results on time and aligned with client expectations
• Apply architectural and design expertise to develop renovation plans that fulfill functional and aesthetic requirements
• Conduct client meetings and prepare proposals to secure project approvals and build strong client relationships
• Develop and execute conversion strategies collaboratively with teams and customers to optimize project outcomes
• Plan and coordinate resources, schedules, and workflows, including weekends and public holidays, to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines
• Lead and mentor a team using at least four years of people management experience to enhance performance and collaboration
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align project goals and proactively resolve issues
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude to overcome challenges and support continuous improvement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in construction, renovation, and sales management
• Strong renovation experience demonstrated through successful project execution
• Strong architectural knowledge and design experience applied in renovation projects
• Proven experience leading client meetings and developing proposals
• Experience in planning and executing renovation projects from start to finish
• Knowledge of conversion strategy to improve project outcomes
