Full Time Architecture Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Working Hours : Mon to Sat / 8am - 6pm

Job Description & Requirements

• Liaise with subcon to plan, arrange and carry out construction activities.
• Liaise with design department to confirm and clarify design issues.
• Liaise with RE/RTO to carry out inspections.
• Record work done.
• Ensure quality of work done conform to specifications.
• Able to coordinate well with MEP department.
• Liaise with Shop drawing team and understand CBP and other shop drawing for Quality.
• Liaise with Safety team to maintain temporary facility and prevent unsafe work.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
• Willing to travel to different project site if required.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Requirements:

1. Min Diploma in Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent

2. Min 3 years working experience in construction

3. Software knowledge: CAD, MS Project

4. Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated
