Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to our logistics operations & customer service departments in areas such as:

  • Import / Export documentations & preparations.
  • Customer Service.
  • Invoicing.
  • Preparation of reports & data sorting.
  • Coordinate with customers , and the warehouse team to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide updates on shipment status.
  • Prepare and maintain delivery documents accurately.
  • Work with the warehouse team to support inbound and outbound operations.
  • Communicate with customers and warehouse atff to resolve shipment-related issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
