Job Summary

You will troubleshoot, service, repair, install, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment to ensure optimal operation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment to restore functionality and meet customer requirements.
• Install and commission commercial kitchen equipment following specifications and safety standards.
• Perform scheduled maintenance visits according to service contracts.
• Respond to customer requests and follow up on outstanding service issues for proper closure.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, including performing occasional night jobs as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience working with commercial kitchen equipment preferred.
• Relevant working experience welcomed.
• Possession of class 2/3 driving licence preferred.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Training provided for candidates without prior experience.
