Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Selangor, Malaysia. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and managing the end-to-end business development cycle. Responsibilities include researching potential markets and clients, generating and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, and preparing proposals and quotations. The Business Development Executive will maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, and track performance against sales targets. The role also includes preparing regular reports, contributing to business development strategies, and representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of identifying and converting opportunities.
• Solid understanding of Business principles, including sales processes, market research, and basic commercial acumen.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Experience in Account Management, including maintaining client relationships and managing ongoing client needs.
• Relevant experience in industrial automation, manufacturing solutions, or related technology fields is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for tracking leads and opportunities.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfort with on-site client visits within Selangor and other regions as required.
