Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in KL. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building long-term client relationships. The role involves performing market research, creating business plans, managing client accounts, and delivering strategic solutions to meet client needs. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with various teams to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with proven success in identifying and securing business opportunities
• Strong understanding of Business acumen and the ability to create and execute effective strategies for growth
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas, negotiate effectively, and build relationships with clients and partners
• Experience in Account Management, managing and maintaining client relationships for long-term success
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with e-commerce or tech-focused markets is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
