Job Summary

The Retail Coordinator supports the smooth day-to-day operations of multiple retail outlets/branches by coordinating between headquarters and branch teams. This role handles administrative, logistical, and communication tasks to ensure branches are well stocked, compliant with company standards, and operating efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily branch operations
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve company targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve goals
• Handle branch administration, inventory, and operational matters
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company policies
• Resolve customer issues and maintain a positive working environment

Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-oriented with good business acumen
• Able to work independently and manage a team effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Responsible, proactive, and result-driven

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
