Full Time HALAL EXECUTIVE cum ADMIN Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in SECHAWAN SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

SECHAWAN SDN BHD is a growing FMCG tea brand committed to high‑quality production and full Halal compliance. We are looking for a dedicated Halal Executive cum Admin to manage Halal Assurance, documentation, and daily operational coordination from raw materials to finished goods distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Halal Compliance

Maintain and implement the Halal Assurance System (HAS) within the company.

Ensure full compliance with JAKIM and other Halal certification standards.

Liaise with Halal authorities for certification, audits, and renewals.

Maintain and update Halal documentation, records, and certification files.

Conduct internal Halal audits and prepare for external audits.

Train staff on Halal handling procedures, hygiene, and awareness.

Production&Inventory Coordination
Manage raw material inventory and ensure Halal compliance from receiving to usage.
Coordinate production scheduling based on incoming orders.
Monitor finished product handling, packaging, and compliance checks

Distribution Management
Oversee finished goods distribution to ensure Halal integrity is maintained.
Ensure documentation is complete for traceability and audit readiness.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Halal Management, or related field.
1–3 years experience in Halal compliance, QA/QC, or food manufacturing (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Familiar with HACCP, GMP, ISO22000, or other food safety systems.Strong documentation, organizational, and record‑keeping skills.
Good communication skills in English&Bahasa Malaysia.Able to work independently, responsibly, and with good teamwork.
