Key Responsibilities

• Managing social media platforms and monthly content planning
• Creating engaging content tailored to targeted audiences to boost brand engagement
• Stay updated with the current social media trends, campaigns, and ads to ensure the company's online presence remains competitive
• Monitoring social media engagement and content improvement
• Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to foster a positive community.
• Plan, host, and manage live sessions/livestreams (product launches, Q&As, behind-the-scenes, promotions) across relevant platforms, including pre-live promotion and post-live content repurposing.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Minimum 1 year experience in Early Childhood Education
• Proven experience in social media and content creation is a bonus
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content
• A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative social media campaigns
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proactive and resourceful

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
