Job Description

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Handle and prepare full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Perform month-end closing activities and assist in the preparation of management accounts.
• Liaise directly with clients to gather necessary financial documents and information.
• Address client accounting queries professionally and promptly, providing basic advice on accounting treatments and compliance matters.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, filing, and record-keeping systems.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and ensure full compliance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply! (Full training will be provided).
• Prior experience in a related role is a bonus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
