Full Time Project Manager (Property Development) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 15,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan Business Edge Personnel Services Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

• To obtain all relevant approvals for the construction of the projects including layout plan, earthworks, infrastructure works, building plan approval and all other relevant approvals including the issuance of certificate of fitness and/or certificate of completion and compliance.
• To coordinate with consultants during conceptual design, design development and tender stage and to ensure that all drawings are prepared within stipulated time frame for submission to the relevant authorities and calling tender.
• To contribute towards and see to the finalization of designs and materials proposed by consultants and contractors for the projects.
• To oversee and monitor the progress of building construction works to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the contracts and the construction drawings especially in respect of the specifications, quality and time of completion.
• To ensure that construction works are completed with minimum defects and have achieved desired standard quality of workmanship.
• To ensure that projects are completed within budget and stipulated timeframe.
• To contribute ideas towards achieving marketable and better product.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent
• Must have a minimum of 10 to 15 years' of working experience involved in mixed development projects
• Sound knowledge of civil, structural, quantity surveying and architectural works
• Strong leadership and ability to lead site project team and coordinate with internal contract department and consultants
• Ability to coordinate with relevant government authorities for the required approvals and permits / licenses
• Experience in ISO, IBS, Q-LLASIC and CONQUAS system
• Preferably with experience working in consulting companies.
• Able to work under pressure

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
