Production Operator

Location: Tampines, Singapore

Role Overview

We are looking for Production Operators to join a leading semiconductor manufacturing company in Singapore. You will be responsible for supporting daily production operations, operating manufacturing equipment, and handling semiconductor wafers while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards in a cleanroom environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: SGD 1,250 – 1,350 per month
• Shift Allowance: SGD 8 per day (Day Shift) & SGD 20 per day (Night Shift)
• Monthly Skill Allowance (MSA): SGD 60 – 130
• Overtime Pay (where applicable)
• Company Transportation Provided
• Training Provided

Working Arrangement

• Full-time
• Work Location: Tampines, Singapore
• Rotating 12-hour shifts
• Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:15 PM
• Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 9:15 AM
• 4 Days Work, 3 Days Off
• Monthly rotation between day and night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and handle semiconductor wafers.
• Perform machine setup and support daily production activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and production targets.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.

Requirements

• Secondary School education or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or semiconductor experience is required.
• Able to work rotating day and night shifts.
• Comfortable performing standing work for extended periods.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment.

Experience:

• Semiconductor: 1 year (Required)
