Full Time Quality Assurance Engineer Jobs, in Fuji Electric (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Kedah - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead customer complaint investigations by performing root cause analysis using quality tools such as 8D, FTA and FMEA.
• Coordinate containment actions and implement permanent corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence claims.
• Prepare and submit customer complaint reports within the required response timeline.
• Communicate investigation progress and technical findings with internal customers.
• Monitor complaint trends and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct line audits to verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Coordinate Customer Audits and Plant Visits.
• Update the customer audit findings report and ensure timely closure for the corrective actions.
• Establish failure analysis plans based on the customer complaints and internal quality failure from Assembly production and Final Test production.
• Analyse the defective samples and determine failure mechanisms with the analytical equipment and engineering techniques.
• Ensure compliance with the customer specifications and internal specifications.
• Support the implementation of the ISO9001, ISO14001 systems and management of the Environmental Management Program (EMP).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Engineering or Science field or equivalent.
• 1-2 years working experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Experience handling customer complaints and customer audits will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge on 8D report, FMEA, FTA, SPC, Minitab and Microsoft office is an advanced.
• Self- motivated with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good report writing and technical documentation skills.
