Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Facilities Engineer di ENGIE Southeast Asia - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise in-house technicians and outsourced service providers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Take ownership of all complaints and follow through to resolution.
• Monitor maintenance activities to ensure compliance with house rules and prescribed safety standards.
• Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting faults if possible or take appropriate action to rectify with the specialist contractor
• Coordinate and oversee corrective and preventive maintenance programmes.
• Support other services as required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Air-conditioning / Building Services or its equivalent;
• Min. 5 years relevant working experience
• Hands‑on experience with both mechanical & electrical systems.
• Proactive, independent, and a strong team player
• Strong communication skills
