Waiter / Waitress

* Welcome and seat guests.

* Present menus and take orders accurately.

* Serve food and beverages promptly.

* Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.

* Clear and reset tables.

* Handle bills and payments.

* Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.

* Work closely with the kitchen and bar team.

Kitchen Helper

* Prepare ingredients for cooking.

* Wash, peel, and cut vegetables.

* Clean kitchen equipment and workstations.

* Wash dishes and utensils.

* Store food according to hygiene standards.

* Assist chefs with basic food preparation.

* Dispose of waste properly.

* Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures.

Chef (North Indian Cuisine)

* Prepare authentic North Indian dishes.

* Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.

* Create and improve menu items.

* Monitor kitchen inventory and minimize wastage.

* Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.

* Supervise kitchen staff.

* Control food costs.

* Train junior kitchen staff.

Admin & Accounts

* Handle invoices, payments, and petty cash.

* Prepare daily sales reports.

* Record purchases and expenses.

* Assist with payroll and staff documentation.

* Maintain filing and company records.

* Coordinate with suppliers.

* Support HR and administrative tasks.

* Ensure accurate accounting records.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
