Full Time Associate Trust Relationship Director Jobs, Salary up to MYR 15,000 in Hong Kong Fiduciary (M) Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Provide strategic legal and advisory support to HNW/UHNW clients on wealth preservation, succession planning, asset protection, and estate planning structures.
• Design, structure, and implement tailored trust, wealth preservation, and asset protection solutions in alignment with clients’ objectives.
• Advise clients on family governance frameworks, business succession planning, and intergenerational wealth transfer strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant offshore regulatory requirements, including AML/CFT, FATCA, CRS, economic substance, and beneficial ownership regulations.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including bankers, tax advisers, financial institutions, and professional advisers to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and strategic partners to support business growth initiatives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, professional partnerships, and market engagement.
• Support client onboarding processes, including understanding client needs, conducting due diligence, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

• LL.B qualification and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
• 8 to 10 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in estate planning, private client practice, trusts, conveyancing, banking & finance, or related legal fields.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian laws and practices relating to estate planning, trusts, wealth advisory, probate, succession planning, conveyancing, and banking & finance.
• Familiarity with international taxation laws and trust laws in other jurisdictions will be an added advantage.
• Excellent legal drafting, communication, stakeholder management, and client advisory skills.
• Proactive, commercially driven, and able to manage sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and professional partners.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
