As a Finance Analyst at Omni HR, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and decision making. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, providing accurate and timely reports, and offering valuable insights to help drive the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and develop reports on various financial metrics such as budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
• Monitor financial trends and identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data for budgeting and forecasting purposes
• Participate in the development of financial models to support decision making and strategic planning
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and ongoing financial planning processes
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide recommendations to support business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Analyst or related role
• Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
• Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of accounting software is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
