QTS Global a leading company for IT Managed Services is in need of a Project Supervisor to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Develop detailed timelines, milestones, and budgets, and break down large initiatives into manageable phases.
• Team Alignment: Coordinate cross-functional teams including network engineers, and C-level IT personnel, ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Resource Management: Allocate internal and external resources efficiently, coordinate third-party vendors with QTS Operations Team, and ensure technical feasibility of projects.
• Communication and Reporting: Establish project communication plans, provide status updates, and prepare comprehensive project documentation.
• Technical Execution: Perform hardware installations and/or migration specifically MS365 Migration (setup or migration, Intune management), Azure VM creation (Veeem backup for 365) and must be knowledgeable with 21 Vianet compatibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Typically 3–5+ years in IT project management or related roles, with experience in delivering IT solutions
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT infrastructure and audits.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical and Organizational Skills: Ability to track KPIs and ensure on-time delivery on the client side.
