Salary : $2760 per month
Location : Pasir Ris
Working hour : Mondays to Fridays: 9:15am to 6:15pm

• Supports the following reception and administrative functions:
• Reception counter duty such as handling phone calls, general enquiries, emails/mails and faxes
• Man reception counter, man the intercom phone system and be able to provide professional customer service
• Record delivery of goods/services, record messages and provide coordination support as required by the school
• Keep the reception counter clean and organised
• Perform data entry, collate information, file, type and archive documents, scan and laminate materials
• Attend to unwell/ injured students
• Any other duties as assigned by the school
