Responsibilities
We are looking for experienced Bakers to join a growing food-production company.
Salary Package: S$2,000–S$2,300 per month
Includes 72 hours of monthly overtime
AWS: 13th-month payment
Annual Leave: Starts from 7 days, increasing by 1 day for each completed year of service
Basic insurance and workplace injury coverage
WORKING HOURS
Choose one permanent shift:
• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM–12:00 Midnight
• 6-day work week
• Rest Day: Monday
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare, mix, shape, bake and finish bakery products according to recipes and production schedules.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures and product quality.
• Ensure consistency in the taste, appearance and quality of products.
• Measure and manage ingredients while minimising wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness of bakery equipment, workstations and storage areas.
• Follow food hygiene, food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with stock checks and daily production planning.
• Perform other bakery duties when required.
REQUIREMENTS
• Prior commercial baking experience required.
• Familiar with bakery preparation, baking processes and equipment.
• Positive, responsible and hands-on working attitude.
• Coachable and willing to learn.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Available to work during weekends, public holidays and peak festive periods when required.
