Job Summary

You will deliver professional manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, polishing, gel application, nail art, and extensions, while maintaining hygiene and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services to meet customer expectations
• Shape, polish, apply gel, create nail art, and apply nail extensions accurately and safely
• Recommend suitable nail colors, designs, and services tailored to customer preferences
• Remove gel polish and artificial nails safely to protect natural nails
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety
• Manage customer appointments efficiently and deliver attentive customer service
• Promote appropriate nail-care services and products to enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant experience in manicure and nail art
• Knowledge of gel manicure, nail extensions, and nail design techniques
• Good communication skills to engage customers and provide clear service explanations
• Responsible, patient, and detail-oriented approach to work
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
