About the Role

Responsible for providing technical presales support by understanding client requirements, designing suitable IT solutions, preparing technical proposals and quotations, and coordinating with clients, vendors and internal teams throughout the sales and project handover process.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work on project sites across Malaysia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the sales team to understand customers’ requirements, and business
• environment and formulate project win strategies and value propositions for proposals.
• To provide products & solutions design/responses/proposal for any
• customer’s requirement/bid/tenders/POC activities with assistance from product’s principal.
• Supporting presales including solution design, request for quotation, BOQ, pre-sale
• testing and extensive customer-centric communication to ensure business success.
• To use industry and product knowledge to provide technical expertise to internal sales team or
• customers through presentations, product demonstrations and periodic updates.
• Build productive relationships internally & externally (clients & products principal).
