- Working Hours: Mondays – Fridays, 8.30am–5.30pm (weekends & PH off)
- Salary Range: $3,300 – $3,800 per month, excluding Sales Incentive and other allowance
- Annual Leave: 14 days

About the Role

Are you a B2B sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and creating solutions for clients? Or perhaps you come from a landscape, horticulture, or greenery-related background and are ready to grow your career in sales?

At OneO2Plants, we are looking for a Sales Executive to grow our customer base and provide tailored indoor plant and landscaping solutions to businesses and clients.

You do not need to be a plant expert from day one. If you have strong B2B sales experience, a willingness to learn, and an interest in greenery and creating better spaces, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B business opportunities.
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable plant, greenery, and landscaping solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, site discussions, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Prepare professional quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Negotiate and close opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Develop your knowledge of plants and landscape solutions with support from our experienced team.
• Collaborate closely with our operations and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates from either of these backgrounds:

• B2B Sales: At least 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably involving corporate clients, solution selling, account management, or project-based sales; OR
• Landscape/Horticulture: Experience or qualifications in landscape architecture, horticulture, plants, greenery, or related fields, with an interest in developing a career in sales.

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
• Able to understand client needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Comfortable negotiating and closing deals.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent.
• An interest in plants, greenery, design, and creating better environments.
