**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Specialist (Defence) to be based at the Central Manpower Base (CMPB). This critical role supports defence logistics operations through technical expertise in warehousing systems, equipment maintenance, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will contribute to Singapore's defence readiness whilst working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.



**Job Description**

• Provide technical expertise and support for defence warehousing operations, including inventory management systems, material handling equipment, and logistics infrastructure at CMPB

• Lead technical assessments, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex operational challenges to ensure seamless defence logistics operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, system upgrades, and best practices in defence supply chain management

• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and operational planning



**Job Requirements**

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience in warehousing, logistics, or defence operations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated expertise in technical systems and equipment maintenance

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners

• Knowledge of defence logistics operations, safety regulations, and quality standards would be advantageous

• Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents preferred due to the nature of defence-related work
