Responsibilities
You will be our frontline staff.
You will welcome our clients in our salon and arrange service consultant to attend to them.
You will work closely with centre manager to arrange clients' appointment dates etc.
You will contact clients to fix, remind and confirm their appointments.
You will assist with procedures in receipt of payments from clients.
You will consolidate all daily collections and perform other simple administrative functions.
Requirements
Pleasant personality with good telephonic conversational skills.
Able and willing to work shopping mall retail hours.
