AI Engineer

We're hiring an AI Engineer.

Our bet: every hospital in Southeast Asia will eventually run on an AI Operating Layer, as foundational as the EMR, automating clinical, admin and operations work so hospitals can scale faster and doctors can focus on what actually matters: patient care. We're already live with leading healthcare groups in Malaysia and Brunei, and scaling across SEA next.

You won't be bolted onto an existing pipeline, you'll be shaping it. This means owning core decisions on model orchestration, retrieval architecture, and how our AI systems reason over messy real-world clinical and claims data at hospital scale, and having real say in what we build next as we expand across SEA.

What you'll bring:

• Experience building RAG or KV-cache pipelines, including chunking strategies, embedding models, and vector store tradeoffs (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Comfortable deploying and fine-tuning LLMs: LoRA/QLoRA, quantization, and inference optimization (vLLM, SGLang, TGI, or similar serving frameworks)
• Solid grounding in PyTorch or TensorFlow, or hands-on experience building the core of AI agent orchestration systems
• Bonus: Has worked with OCR systems, ideally including layout-aware models, document parsing pipelines, or vision-language models

Looking for people sharp with speech recognition, LLM orchestration, and building AI that holds up under real hospital scale pressure, not just a demo.

Compensation: RM65k – RM95k annually, based on output
