Part Time Project Site Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in SAVVY CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Savvy Contractor Pte. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and hands-on Interior Site Coordinator to join our growing Design & Build team.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of interior renovation works, working closely with the Project Manager, Design Manager, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standard.

The role will primarily support our F&B, retail and commercial interior projects and is ideal for someone who enjoys being on site, solving problems and seeing a project come together from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily interior renovation and fit-out works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, workers, materials and site deliveries.
• Ensure site works are carried out according to approved drawings, design intent and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship and quality, and highlight potential issues early.
• Coordinate architectural, interior, M&E and specialist trades to minimise clashes, delays and rework.
• Carry out site measurements and verify actual site conditions before fabrication and installation.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Design Manager to resolve site and design coordination issues.
• Coordinate material samples, mock-ups and installation works.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Maintain proper site records, progress photographs and relevant project documentation.
• Ensure good site safety, housekeeping and work discipline.
• Coordinate defects rectification and assist with inspections and final project handover.

What We Are Looking For

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or relevant qualification in Building, Construction, Interior Design, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience in interior renovation, F&B, retail or commercial fit-out projects is preferred.
• Able to read and understand interior and construction drawings.
• Basic understanding of interior materials, construction methods and work sequencing.
• Good communication and coordination skills with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Hands-on, responsible and solution-oriented when dealing with site issues.
• Able to work independently while coordinating closely with the project team.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering good workmanship.
