Digital Printing Production Operator
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Printing Production Operator to manage digital printing jobs from file preparation to final output. You will handle DTP/pre-press work, printing, finishing, quality checks and outsourcing coordination in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end file-to-print process from job receipt to final output.
Support digital printing production, RIP output and proofing.
Perform DTP and pre-press work using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.
Prepare and check artwork/files for printing and graphics production.
Break down jobs and coordinate outsourced production when required.
Perform print finishing including cutting, trimming, folding, binding, packaging and labelling.
Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet required standards.
Provide general production support and maintain a clean and organised work area.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in DTP, pre-press, graphics or digital printing production.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat; Photoshop knowledge is an advantage.
Good understanding of print production workflow and colour management.
Able to manage file-to-print processes independently.
Able to perform manual production duties, including handling paper/materials weighing up to 20kg.
Detail-oriented with good time management and quality standards.
Proactive, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with willingness to work overtime when operationally required.
