Job Description

• Position Title: Technician
• Working Location: Sungai Buloh
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 5.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to RM3,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-delivery inspections, technical training, and machine commissioning at customer sites
• Troubleshoot, repair, and resolve equipment errors, providing technical and application support as needed
• Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering quality after-sales service and support
• Prepare service reports and share feedback on equipment performance and technical issues

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in servicing and maintaining machinery, and the ability to read circuit diagrams, is an advantage
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided
