Job Description

Responsibilities

Ability to travel / ability to be relocated for short periods in other countries

Hybrid work – 3 days per week on-site in the office (minimum) / 2 days per week remote

  • 5 to 7 years experience Mulesoft platform management (not API development)


Technical Skills:

Mandatory:

  • Terraform expertise. (L3/L4 expertise)
  • OpenShift expertise (L3/L4 expertise)
  • AWS basic knowledge
  • Azure basic Knowledge
  • basic on API Management
  • 5 to 7 years experience Mulesoft platform management (not API development)
  • GitHub expertise.
  • Good level of experience with Authentication & Authorization mechanisms (API security standards and implementation (OAuth, OpenId))
  • ITIL Process
  • Argo CI\CD

 

Nice to Have:

  • Mulesoft Flexgateway
  • XML, XSD, WSDL, WS-*, Java, JSON
  • Basic network skills: Virtual IPs, firewalls, LoadBalancer, etc
  • Certificate lifecycle

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operations support and maintenance.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines.
  • Handle escalated tickets from L2 support teams.
  • Manage platform capacity and performance to ensure availability, scalability, and optimal resource utilization.
  • Perform troubleshooting using logs, monitoring tools, and system diagnostics.
  • Conduct initial Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support deployment, release, and production change activities.
  • Manage service requests and operational support activities.
  • Ensure timely communication and status updates for assigned tasks and incidents.
  • Create and maintain operational documents, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
  • Identify recurring issues and drive continuous service improvement.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for repetitive operational tasks.
  • Support major incidents and assist in service restoration activities.
  • Participate in on-call or after-hours support when required.
  • Maintain compliance with operational processes, security, and audit requirements.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to junior support team members.
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and improvement opportunities within the support environment.
