Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of AI chatbot and related solutions, including project planning, timeline and resource management, and coordination between internal teams and client stakeholders. Responsibilities include defining project scope and requirements, tracking progress and risks, managing budgets, and ensuring that deliverables meet agreed quality standards and business objectives. The role involves leading project meetings, preparing status reports, resolving operational issues, and aligning technical teams, expeditors, and logistics partners to support smooth implementation. The Project Manager will also contribute to process improvements and best practices to enhance project execution across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of project components and alignment with schedules.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify solution quality, compliance with specifications, and readiness for deployment.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, materials, and implementation activities across locations.
• Relevant experience in technology, SaaS, or AI solutions implementation is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and ownership of outcomes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and client representatives.
